Delta Temp Inc

We are a family-owned heating and cooling team based in Midlothian, Virginia. DeltaTemp was founded in 1994 by husband-and-wife team Marty and Katy Felps with a vision of serving Central Virginia with honesty and integrity. Today, their daughter and son-in-law, Kylie and Adam Draucker, carry that vision forward through innovative, environmentally friendly home-comfort solutions and old-school-style service. We begin each day committed to our values and end it by considering what we can do better tomorrow.

We specialize in geothermal heat pump systems and also provide a wide range of HVAC services for different types of heating and cooling equipment. As a GeoPro Master Dealer, our team undergoes hours of training and is held to strict standards. We also communicate directly with the factory through a dedicated territory manager, helping us provide the highest level of support and the best information for the WaterFurnace equipment we install.

Our HVAC professionals guide homeowners through every stage of a geothermal project. We assess each Chesterfield County property to determine the appropriate piping configuration and explain what to expect from the excavation process. Smaller lots may call for a deeper vertical loop, while larger properties may have enough room for horizontal piping installed at a shallower depth. From evaluating the property to installing the equipment, we work to make the process clear and help homeowners understand the system being added to their homes.

You can find us at 13531 East Boundary Road in Midlothian or call us at 804-739-5854 to speak with our team.
