David White Services

We’re a 100% female-owned, family-operated heating and cooling contractor serving Lancaster, Athens, and nearby communities in southeastern Ohio. Since 1977, we’ve helped homeowners create comfortable spaces for every stage of life, from buying a first home to raising a family or adjusting to retirement. We listen carefully, assess each household’s needs, and help improve an existing system or choose a replacement that is better suited to the home.

Ohio’s cold winters and humid summers make dependable heating and cooling especially important. We repair, maintain, and install furnaces, heat pumps, and air-conditioning systems, and we service all brands of furnaces and heat pumps. Our technicians inspect and diagnose equipment carefully before recommending a course of action. When replacement is appropriate, we evaluate the home’s size and layout and explain the available options. We also install fireplaces, offer emergency furnace repair, and take calls for air-conditioning problems 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our whole-home comfort services include geothermal HVAC design and installation. We begin by evaluating the property’s ground conditions and calculating the home’s heating and cooling needs. From there, we design a properly sized geothermal system and handle the installation process, including burying the ground loop and installing the heat pump. Financing options are available on approved credit. Whether we’re completing a repair, performing maintenance, installing conventional equipment, or designing a geothermal system, our focus remains on friendly service, quality products and materials, honest recommendations, and solutions shaped around the needs of each home.
