Dave's Heating and Air

We’re a family-owned and operated HVAC team proudly serving homeowners and businesses throughout Lincoln, Nebraska, and the surrounding areas. Our founder, Dave Cunning, was born and raised in Lincoln, and our family’s Nebraska roots go back generations. This is more than where we work—it’s home. Since establishing Dave’s Heating & Air, Inc. in 2014, we’ve focused on building lasting relationships through honest recommendations, reliable service, and practical comfort solutions. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience, we’re prepared to handle jobs both simple and complex without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.

We provide residential and commercial heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services, including installation, seasonal maintenance, and repair. Our work covers furnaces, heat pumps, geothermal systems, smart thermostats, preventative maintenance, and Energy Savings Plans. When heating equipment needs attention, we begin with a careful diagnosis, identify the source of the problem, and develop a clear repair plan. We service furnaces and heating systems of all makes, models, and ages, always prioritizing cost-effective solutions. If replacement is necessary, we can also provide a free estimate for new heating equipment.

Our factory-authorized, NATE-certified team provides geothermal HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, repair, design, and installation. We work with all geothermal systems and tailor new installations to the needs of each property, combining quality equipment with experienced workmanship. Geothermal maintenance and repair are available 24/7, and we also offer 24/7 emergency service across Lincoln. Whether you need routine service or help with an unexpected breakdown, our approach remains straightforward: show up on time, address the problem, and do the job right the first time.
