Dailey Electric, Inc.

We have served our community since Bert Dailey established our plumbing, heating, and electrical operation in 1985. Based in Penn Yan, New York, we specialize in geothermal, HVAC, and electrical installations for new construction, remodeling, and retrofit applications. We install geothermal heating and cooling systems in Western New York, working with both forced-air and hydronic applications. Our goal is to help each customer plan and install a system suited to their home heating and cooling needs.

We have worked with a variety of manufacturers and understand that some heating and cooling systems represent a significant investment. To help make energy-efficient HVAC systems more accessible, we have partnered with lenders who understand their benefits. We can discuss the available options as part of the planning process and help customers select an appropriate unit for their needs.

Our support also includes yearly service maintenance. Depending on the equipment, this may involve monitoring unit amp draw and line voltage; changing filters; checking air-coil, water-feed, superheater, compressor-suction, and discharge temperatures; monitoring and adjusting operating pressures; and evaluating ductwork and refrigerant lines. We also monitor refrigerant levels and service HVAC equipment. Washable filters are available for purchase.

In addition to geothermal and HVAC work, we provide full-service residential and light commercial electrical services. Our electrical capabilities include panel replacements, service upgrades, new-construction wiring, and remodeling electrical work. Whether a project involves a new installation, an updated system, or ongoing maintenance, we bring our plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical experience together to help customers plan the work their property requires.
