Custom Mechanical Inc.

We’re Custom Mechanical Inc., also known as CMi Air Conditioning & Electrical. Since 1992, we’ve served residents and businesses across Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. We began in Jupiter with five people and three vehicles, focusing on custom-home HVAC work. Today, we operate from Lake Park with more than 120 employees and over 95 vehicles. Although we’ve grown, we remain family-owned and locally operated, with the same emphasis on trust, reliability, respect, and attentive customer service.

We design, install, service, repair, replace, and maintain a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC systems. Our experience includes central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, geothermal HVAC, VRF systems, rooftop units, split systems, zoning, and VAV. We service all brands and handle systems ranging from straightforward home equipment to complex commercial applications. We also provide electrical services, from smaller upgrades to complete system overhauls, as well as heating repair, installation, replacement, and routine maintenance. For urgent needs, our team is available after hours.

We believe good service begins with how we treat people. Our team members and the customers we serve are part of our extended family, so we try to follow the Golden Rule in our work and workplace. We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, and shared successes, and we regularly bring our staff together for lunch or a barbecue. We also make continuing education a central benefit for our team, helping us sharpen our skills and stay current with changing technology. Whether we’re responding to an unexpected air-conditioning breakdown, planning a lighting upgrade, or completing a scheduled installation, our goal is to serve rather than upsell and to treat every home with genuine care.
