Custom Climates

We serve homeowners and businesses in Iowa City, Coralville, Johnson County, and surrounding communities. As licensed heating and air-conditioning contractors, we have installed many systems throughout the area and have experience working with the comfort needs of local properties. We provide residential heating and air-conditioning products as well as light commercial HVAC services, with solutions selected for the needs of each home or business.

Our services include HVAC installation, replacement, repair, equipment retrofits, preventive maintenance, and emergency service. We service and repair all brands and work with furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, geothermal systems, and ductless split systems. We also provide sheet-metal fabrication and support zoning products, programmable thermostats, humidifiers, air cleaners, ultraviolet lights, and ventilators. Our indoor-air-quality services give customers additional options for managing comfort and air quality throughout their properties.

As a Carrier dealer, we offer a range of indoor comfort equipment for year-round heating and cooling. Our trained technicians use the appropriate tools, equipment, and field experience to keep systems operating smoothly. We can help customers evaluate new equipment, replace or retrofit existing systems, arrange preventive maintenance, and address repair needs. Our approach is to understand the property’s requirements and help customize a practical system and service solution. Whether we are working on a residential heating and cooling system or providing light commercial HVAC service, we focus on matching the equipment and work to the customer’s specific needs.
