Crabtree Drilling, LLC

We are a third-generation, family-owned team based in Springfield, Ohio. Founded by Holland K. Crabtree in 1946, we have served Clark County and surrounding counties for decades, providing reliable well and pump services for homes, commercial properties, farms, and other agricultural properties. Our third-generation owner and operator, Jacob Crabtree, expanded our work to include geothermal drilling in 1990. Today, we continue to combine experience and practical knowledge with modern technology, tools, and equipment.

Our water well services include drilling for new construction and agricultural needs, reinforcing or replacing existing wells, and rehabilitating wells. We also install, repair, and maintain well pumps. Before drilling, one of our team members can inspect the property, help determine appropriate well placement, recommend water pumps and related equipment, and provide a free estimate. We can also handle the proper permits for a drilling project and determine the appropriate well depth.

In addition to well and pump work, we install water-conditioning equipment, including water softeners and iron filters, to help improve water quality. We also provide geothermal drilling for residential and commercial heating and cooling projects. Geothermal system configurations may include open- or closed-loop systems, pond loops, and slinky-coil ground loops, each with its own advantages and considerations.
