Coolwithbowman

At Coolwithbowman, we provide residential heating and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance for homeowners throughout Raleigh, Garner, and the Triangle area. With more than 30 years of local experience, we work on almost all makes and models of residential heating and cooling equipment. We are fully licensed and insured in North Carolina, and our NATE-certified technicians participate in weekly training to stay current with available products and service practices.

We specialize in geothermal heat pump systems as well as high-performance conventional heating and cooling systems. Over the years, we have installed and maintained hundreds of geothermal systems. Our geothermal services include installation and repair, with options such as heat recovery packages that can preheat water for a water heater and indoor air quality features. We serve customers in Raleigh, Garner, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Clayton, and communities throughout the North Carolina Triangle.

Our work also includes new-construction comfort systems, an area that represents a large part of what we do. We carefully design and install mechanical systems to provide clean, healthy, conditioned air throughout the home. Our Energy Star-rated duct systems are sealed and tested for less than four percent leakage, then balanced to deliver the appropriate amount of air to each area. We primarily use externally insulated ductwork to help keep harmful fibers out of the airstream.

To help existing systems operate efficiently, we offer one-time tune-ups and annual maintenance plans. During maintenance, we clean components, tighten electrical connections, inspect wearing parts, make adjustments intended to reduce breakdowns, and provide an overall assessment of the system’s condition. Whether we are completing a repair, planning a geothermal installation, or designing a system for a new home, our goal is to deliver quality work, treat every home and project as if it were our own, and leave every customer satisfied.
