Christiansen opened our doors with a simple conviction: great service will always be in demand. That belief continues to shape our work through honest communication, skilled technicians, and practical solutions designed to keep facilities comfortable, compliant, and cost-efficient. What started as a small, family-run shop has grown into a trusted partner serving more than 1,500 buildings and hundreds of telecommunications towers.

We provide full-scope industrial and commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation, along with predictive maintenance, building automation, engineered energy-saving retrofits, refrigeration, and plumbing. We also support mission-critical environments with telecommunications tower cooling and Vertiv™ Liebert® precision cooling for data centers and server rooms. From our offices in Mifflintown, New Cumberland, Chambersburg, and York—and through technicians stationed across the region—we serve customers throughout Pennsylvania and parts of Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio. We work closely with building owners and facility managers as a long-term partner, helping them control costs, reduce downtime, and plan proactively for system performance and replacement. Through CSE Home Solutions, based in Mifflintown, we bring the same service-focused approach to residential HVAC needs. We provide geothermal installation, service, and maintenance for homeowners in the Mifflintown area. Our process considers each home’s comfort goals, existing equipment, property layout, loop feasibility, system sizing, and equipment selection before installation and startup. For homeowners who already have geothermal systems, we offer preventive maintenance, seasonal checkups, troubleshooting, repairs, support for many major geothermal brands, and maintenance agreements. Whether we’re supporting a commercial facility, a communications site, or a home, our goal is to provide thoughtful technical guidance and dependable service at every stage.
