Controlled Comfort

Since 1964, we’ve helped homeowners and commercial clients in Omaha with dependable heating, air conditioning, and ventilation services. Based at 11701 Centennial Road, Suite 1, in La Vista, Nebraska, we provide HVAC repair, service, and installation for residential and commercial systems. Our capabilities include air conditioning and furnace repair, heat pump installation, ductwork and ventilation, humidity and indoor air quality control, refrigeration services, and the installation of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems. We are fully licensed HVAC contractors committed to safe, effective solutions tailored to each property’s needs.

Our owner, Steven, brings 30 years of mechanical construction experience to our work. He began as an apprentice and advanced into industry leadership, earning a master’s degree and multiple master mechanical licenses along the way. Jason Britton started his HVAC career in 2008 and joined us in 2015. As our Service Manager, he oversees residential and commercial service operations, manages fleet resources, assists with sales, and plays an active role in technician training and development. His hands-on and technical experience helps ensure our team has the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to serve our customers well.

We also have decades of experience with heat pumps and geothermal systems. Whether a customer needs a new installation, a difficult repair, system tuning, or a complete overhaul, we assess the space, climate needs, and energy goals before recommending an air-to-air or geothermal system. Our geothermal services include system design, installation, repair, heat pump integration, and performance optimization. When loop installation is required, we coordinate that subcontracted work as part of the overall project. For ongoing geothermal service, we inspect loop performance, fluid levels, heat exchanger integrity, and control functions to help each system operate at its best.
