Commercial Underground AND GEOTHERMAL

We specialize in geothermal loop installations and underground excavation for public- and private-sector projects. From our East Peoria location, we handle large commercial projects, repairs to existing systems, and early project evaluations to help determine whether a proposed installation will work for an owner’s needs. Depending on the project, we can perform the duties of either a prime contractor or a subcontractor.

Our work combines field experience with current planning and location technology. We use CAD and GPS to provide our customers with final drawings showing where underground utilities are buried. These records provide useful, project-specific information after the fieldwork is complete. With 31 years in business, we remain focused on precision, dependable performance, and completing our work to high industry standards and each owner’s expectations. Our qualifications include IDPH-Closed loop well contractor 000024, IL Plumbing contractor 055-013841, and Capitol Development Board 31487. We are also IGSHPA-accredited as a vertical loop contractor and loop contractor.
