Comfort Engineered Systems

Since 1994, we have helped homeowners and businesses across Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and Middle Tennessee address their heating, cooling, geothermal, and indoor air quality needs. Our founders, Bruce Wollaber and Jim Napolitano, brought more than 25 years of combined system design experience from major manufacturers, including Carrier Corporation and International Comfort Products. Bruce is also a registered Professional Engineer and certified Geoexchange Designer. They founded Comfort Engineered Systems with a clear purpose: to carefully analyze each customer’s needs and offer effective solutions using the best technologies available.

We design and engineer comfort systems for properties ranging from a 700-square-foot lake cabin to a 12,000-square-foot residence or construction project. Our capabilities include geothermal heating and cooling, gas and electric furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air conditioning, multi-stage equipment, dual-fuel systems, and temperature-control zoning. We also provide indoor air quality solutions such as filtration systems, decontaminating UV lamps, dehumidifiers, and humidifiers. Every solution is tailored to the property, its occupants, and the customer’s needs and budget.

Our NATE-certified, factory-trained technicians install, repair, inspect, and maintain all brands of HVAC equipment while continuing their training in current technologies. We are ACCA members and adhere to the organization’s standards and code of ethics. Whether we are designing a new system, completing a warranty or post-warranty repair, or helping maintain existing equipment, we do not take our customers or their comfort for granted. Free consultations and estimates, maintenance programs, preferred customer programs, and 24-hour emergency service are available from our Nolensville location.
