Colonial Heating & Cooling Co., Inc.

We’re heating, cooling, and plumbing professionals based in Pickerington, Ohio, proudly serving Columbus and the surrounding communities. Our licensed contractors and skilled technicians provide residential and commercial installation, repair, and preventive maintenance. We work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, geothermal systems, and other indoor comfort equipment. As a Bryant dealer, we offer a broad selection of comfort products, including programmable thermostats, humidifiers, air cleaners, ultraviolet lights, ventilators, and zoning products.

We maintain high standards through regular, ongoing staff training. Our technicians have completed the testing required to become North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified, and we are an active member in good standing with the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). From an in-home consultation and proper equipment sizing to installation and continued service, we help customers choose solutions suited to their comfort preferences, lifestyle, and property. We also offer service agreements designed to keep comfort systems operating at peak performance, along with emergency HVAC and plumbing assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our plumbing services cover repairs, new-home and remodeling projects, commercial plumbing, and products such as water heaters, faucets and fixtures, garbage disposals, leak detectors, water filtration equipment, sump pumps, and ejector pumps. We also complete bathroom improvements ranging from tub-to-shower conversions to full remodels, taking time to evaluate each space, understand the customer’s priorities, and develop practical options for the available budget.

For commercial customers, we handle needs ranging from light-commercial systems to industrial HVAC applications. We install and service many types of commercial equipment, and our in-house fabrication shop allows our master craftsmen to build a full range of HVAC applications with close attention to quality and installation efficiency. Across every service we provide, our focus is on informed recommendations, careful planning, skilled workmanship, and attentive customer care.
