Collier's Comfort

We began in Ossian, Indiana, in 1996, when Todd Zeplin opened our doors with a straightforward philosophy: provide quality work at prices customers can afford. We started small but had big ambitions, along with strong knowledge of many types of HVAC systems. Some customers may remember us as Collier’s Heating & Air Conditioning, when we operated as two locations in Ossian and Warsaw. After one of our business partners retired in the summer of 2017, the branches and ownership separated, and we became Collier’s Comfort Services Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical.

Today, we provide residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area. Our team handles installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance, giving homeowners one place to call for their home-comfort needs. Our plumbing services include emergency plumbing, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, repiping, water heaters, sump and well pumps, water and gas lines, water treatment, and backflow prevention. We also offer 24/7 emergency service and focus on helping customers through difficult system problems, including providing portable space heaters or arranging hotel accommodations while work is underway.

Geothermal systems are one of our specialties. As Indiana’s largest Platinum GeoPro WaterFurnace dealer, we help homeowners explore geothermal temperature control as an environmentally friendly option for their households. Our experience also extends across a wide variety of other systems, supported by a highly trained team of NATE-certified professionals. We hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and remain guided by the values that have shaped us from the beginning: hard work, quality service, customer satisfaction, and good value. We are proud to serve our neighbors and grateful for the loyalty and trust our community has shown us over the years.
