We are a locally owned and operated heating and cooling team based in Westmoreland, serving the Central New York area. Joseph Isgro has owned and operated City Suburban since 1982. His daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Kristopher Morrissette, have managed our operations since 2005.

Our experienced crews analyze, recommend, and install gas and oil heating systems, furnaces, cooling systems, and indoor air quality products. We also service gas and oil heating and cooling systems, provide water heater service, and perform duct cleaning. We work with WaterFurnace geothermal systems, which draw heat from the ground during the heating cycle and distribute it through conventional ductwork. Geothermal heat can also be used with radiant floor systems or for domestic hot water heating. Whether we are estimating, installing, or servicing equipment, we explain the work before it begins and aim to complete it with minimal inconvenience.

Heating and cooling needs do not always arise during regular hours, so our crews are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We provide free, accurate estimates, arrive on time for appointments, and stand behind our installations from start to finish.
