Choice Comfort Services

We are Choice Comfort Services, a locally owned and operated team headquartered in Vandalia, Ohio. Since 2012, we have served homeowners and businesses across the Greater Dayton area with heating, cooling, plumbing, ductwork, and indoor air quality services. We approach every appointment with respect for our customers’ time and property, clear communication, and careful workmanship.

Our certified HVAC technicians and licensed plumbers handle routine maintenance, system installations, replacements, repairs, and upgrades. We service air conditioning and heating systems, heat pumps, boilers, air controls, geothermal units, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, and other home comfort equipment. We also clean, repair, and replace ductwork to improve airflow and system performance. For cleaner indoor air, we provide purification, filtration, and ventilation solutions designed to reduce airborne contaminants. Scheduled appointments are available, and our team responds to HVAC and plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day, including evenings and weekends.

We believe good service begins with an accurate diagnosis and an honest recommendation. Our ongoing industry training and hands-on experience help us identify what each property needs, whether that means a lasting repair, regular maintenance, or a complete system upgrade. When recommending HVAC and indoor air quality products, we work with established brands such as Carrier, iWave, Infinity, Payne, Aprilaire, and Honeywell while considering each customer’s comfort needs, energy-efficiency goals, and budget.

Our values guide the way we work. We hold ourselves accountable, communicate with integrity, and bring professionalism and care to every visit. We also support a workplace where our employees are valued, encouraged to grow, and equipped to do their best work. Because Greater Dayton is where our team members live, work, and raise their families, every service call is a chance for us to take care of the community we call home.
