Chesapeake Comfort Systems

We opened our doors in June 2018, building on industry experience that began in 1995 for our founders. Based at 1101 Butterworth Court in Stevensville, Maryland, we provide heating and cooling services with an emphasis on careful workmanship, thorough diagnosis, and attentive customer care. Our team includes licensed and experienced Comfort Specialists and customer service agents who work to keep heating and cooling systems functioning properly.

We service heat pumps, air conditioners, geothermal systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, water heaters, and other HVAC equipment. Our work includes preventive maintenance, system repairs, and new system installations. We offer maintenance plans designed to support efficient system operation and help reduce energy bills. When diagnosing problems, we take the time needed to identify the issue and aim to complete repairs correctly the first time. During a new installation, we pay attention to both the system’s appearance and its performance.

We approach each job with the belief that an extra measure of effort can make a meaningful difference. That may mean putting in additional time when a project requires it or spending longer on diagnosis before proceeding with a repair. We combine practical industry knowledge with a service-focused approach. Whether we are maintaining existing equipment, repairing a heating or cooling system, or completing a new installation, we keep our customers’ comfort at the center of our work.
