Chaves Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve been in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry since 1975, serving Hudson, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities since 1988. We’re proud to bring more than 40 years of heating and cooling expertise to customers throughout the MetroWest area. Our mission is to provide outstanding service with integrity and honesty, and we’re grateful for the skilled people and clients who have contributed to our success.

As a certified Trane Comfort Specialist™ dealer, we meet rigorous performance standards in areas ranging from employee training to customer care. We specialize in air systems, with an emphasis on indoor air quality and variable-speed equipment. Our team trains regularly to stay current with HVAC technology and techniques, helping us diagnose, maintain, and repair home comfort systems—including equipment we did not originally install. We also guide homeowners through the process of choosing a system that suits their home and budget.

We stand behind our work with clearly defined protections. If a system we install does not perform as intended, our 90-day money-back guarantee provides that we will correct the problem to your satisfaction or remove the system and refund the original amount. Our service guarantee covers parts and labor for one year, and replacements and new installations include an exclusive 10-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties.

We’re also available for geothermal heat-pump maintenance and 24/7 emergency repairs. During preventative maintenance, we can inspect electrical connections, internal components, refrigerant levels, the heat exchanger, and the blower; clean or replace the air filter; and inspect air ducts for needed repairs. For HVAC maintenance, repairs, or installations, visit us at 312 Main Street in Hudson or call us at 978-562-5309.
