Chad's AC Direct

We are Chad's AC Direct, a Dadeville heating and cooling company serving homeowners and businesses around the Lake Martin area and beyond. Our team handles residential and commercial HVAC needs, with installation, replacement, maintenance, and repair services for heating and air-conditioning equipment.

Our work includes air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, indoor air-quality products, ductwork, and commercial HVAC. We also provide emergency heating and cooling service. Whether a customer is replacing an aging system, planning routine care, or troubleshooting a comfort problem, we begin by learning what is happening in the building and explaining the available next steps.

Geothermal heat pumps are part of the services we offer. These systems exchange heat with the ground rather than relying only on outdoor air temperatures. We can discuss geothermal installation as well as repair and maintenance needs, then help a customer determine whether the equipment and site requirements fit the property. Because every project differs, recommendations should follow an evaluation of the home or business rather than a one-size-fits-all answer.

We serve Dadeville and communities across the region, including Auburn, Montgomery, Birmingham, and the Lake Martin area. Our focus is straightforward communication, practical recommendations, careful property-specific planning, and dependable follow-through from the first conversation through the completed work.

If you are considering a geothermal system or need service for existing equipment, contact us with your property location and the type of help you need. We can review the request, discuss scheduling, and outline the appropriate next step for an on-site assessment.
