Candor Mechanical LLC

At Candor Mechanical L.L.C., we help residential and commercial customers find practical, cost-effective solutions for their heating, cooling, ventilation, indoor air quality, fireplace, and water heater needs. Based at 435 E. Saginaw Highway in Grand Ledge, we provide installation and service throughout Lansing and neighboring areas. We begin new installation and system replacement projects with a complimentary one-time estimate and a thorough consultation, explaining the available options so you can select a system suited to your home or commercial property.

We install and service standard forced-air furnaces powered by natural gas, propane, or fuel oil, as well as air conditioners, air-to-air and geothermal heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems. As a TempStar dealer, we offer high-efficiency equipment designed to deliver reliable performance and energy savings. We can also help reduce common household allergens with in-duct air purification, replacement filters, and humidification solutions. Beyond completing repairs and installations, we share practical guidance for maintaining your equipment between service visits.

Our service calls and preventive maintenance tune-ups are available for $89. Maintenance Agreements begin at $180 per year and include priority service, no after-hours charge for the initial service fee, and a 10% discount on repairs. Repairs include a one-year parts-and-labor warranty, excluding the initial diagnostic fee. When paired with a Maintenance Agreement, new residential installations of standard heating and cooling equipment—including air-to-air heat pumps and geothermal systems—include a two-year labor warranty and a 10-year parts warranty. An optional 10-year labor warranty is also available. Whether you need preventive maintenance, an urgent repair, or help selecting new equipment, we focus on attentive, personalized service and HVAC solutions that fit your heating and cooling needs.
