C & M Heating & Cooling

We began serving Middle Tennessee in 1976 with a simple mission: to provide high-quality comfort solutions with honesty, skill, and genuine care. Although we have grown from a small, family-owned operation into a trusted HVAC team, our commitment to dependable service and lasting customer relationships remains unchanged. Many of our certified technicians have been with us for more than a decade, bringing years of hands-on experience and genuine pride to every home and commercial property we serve.

We provide heating and cooling repairs, installations, and routine maintenance, including air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and geothermal systems. For existing homes, we begin a geothermal transition by evaluating the property, energy use, and potential loop placement, including vertical bores, horizontal trenches, and pond loops. For new construction, we work with the builder early in the design process to size the system, coordinate ductwork, and plan loop placement. We also support small to mid-sized commercial operations with HVAC repairs, system installations, and ongoing maintenance. Our team installs trusted equipment from brands such as Rheem, Lennox, Honeywell, and Goodman, matching each property with an efficient solution suited to its comfort needs.

Our approach is to diagnose problems carefully, complete repairs properly, and recommend replacement only when it is needed. Through our maintenance program, we help keep equipment clean, efficient, and prepared for Tennessee’s seasonal extremes while reducing the likelihood of unexpected repairs and supporting longer system life. When an air conditioner fails during extreme heat, our emergency HVAC team provides expert diagnostics and dependable same-day service. Our trucks carry common parts and diagnostic tools; if a specialized component is necessary, we can temporarily stabilize the system and return promptly with the required part. From our location at 106 Beasley Drive in Franklin, we remain focused on practical solutions, refined craftsmanship, and the attentive service our customers expect from C&M Heating and Cooling.
