Brewers Heating and Cooling

We’re a family-owned and operated HVAC team based in Irvine, Kentucky. We serve homeowners throughout Estill County and nearby communities, including Stanton, Clay City, Richmond, Berea, Lexington, Beattyville, and Booneville. Because our family has a personal stake in every job, we take the time to understand the problem, explain what we find in plain language, and help you make an informed decision about your home’s comfort.

We repair, install, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems. Whether you need an emergency repair or a complete system replacement, one call covers your heating and cooling needs. Every repair begins with a full diagnostic. Once we identify the problem, we provide a clear, upfront price and wait for your approval before starting the work. We then handle the repair from start to finish, with no surprise charges added after the fact.

Before recommending replacement equipment, we assess your home and existing system. We also inspect the ductwork because leaks or undersized ducts can affect the performance of a new unit. Existing ducts can often be reused, and if we find anything worth addressing, we explain it before the work begins. When we install a new heating or cooling system, we remove the old equipment and haul it away as part of the installation process. We’re licensed and insured, and we approach each service call with straightforward communication and practical recommendations.
