Brandywine Valley Htg & A/C

Since opening our doors in 1993, we have provided residential and commercial heating and cooling services with a commitment to “Comfort with Care.” As a local, family-owned team in West Chester, we serve customers throughout Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding communities. We believe lasting relationships are built through honest recommendations, quality workmanship, punctual service, and respect for every property. We stand behind every job with a 100 percent guarantee and aim to earn each customer’s trust for life.

Our services include heating, air conditioning, and ventilation work, as well as geothermal system installation. We work with central air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and commercial HVAC systems, providing guidance based on each customer’s space, efficiency goals, and budget. We emphasize routine maintenance whenever possible to help customers reduce energy use, extend equipment life, and avoid costly repairs. Our team includes NATE-certified technicians, IGSHPA-certified design professionals, factory-trained service technicians and installers, and Trane Comfort Specialists. We are also a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer and a WaterFurnace GeoPro dealer. Our geothermal experience dates to 1978 through our president, Bill Ronayne, and we have completed more than 1,000 geothermal installations in the past decade. Our approach considers heat-loss and heat-gain calculations alongside ductwork, the building envelope, and geothermal loop design.

We invest in continual training, follow industry best practices, and place safety and cleanliness at the center of our work. Just as importantly, we stay involved in the communities we serve through civic associations, nonprofit organizations, local businesses, trade groups, youth activity sponsorships, and community service organizations. Rather than relying on high-profile advertising, we focus on delivering the kind of service people feel confident recommending to neighbors, friends, and relatives. That combination of technical experience, personal care, and community involvement continues to guide how we serve every customer.
