Boss Services

We’re BOSS Services, a customer-focused heating and air-conditioning team based at 2188 M-139 in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Since starting in 2016, we’ve worked to make every customer’s experience as straightforward, hassle-free, and enjoyable as possible. Our highly trained team specializes in designing, engineering, and installing complete comfort systems for existing homes and buildings, with the goal of providing outstanding service throughout Southwest Michigan.

We repair, replace, and maintain furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and other heating systems. We also install, repair, and maintain air-conditioning systems, and we can tune up or repair just about any brand of cooling equipment. As an American Standard Customer Care Dealer, our certified technicians work on virtually all makes and models. Whether we’re addressing an equipment problem or planning a complete comfort system, we explain the proposed work, its cost, and any details or limitations that could affect the finished result before the job begins. If we make a mistake, we do everything in our power to correct it to your satisfaction.

We also design, install, and service ground-source geothermal systems throughout the region, including St. Joseph, Stevensville, New Buffalo, and surrounding areas. Because geothermal performance and loop design depend on adequate land, suitable soil conditions, and the specifics of each property, we don’t provide ballpark loop quotes over the phone. Instead, we evaluate the property in person so we can give you an exact, honest answer about the proposed work. Across all of our heating, cooling, and geothermal services, our focus remains the same: know the equipment, communicate clearly, and help make the entire process easier for you.
