BODEK INC.

At BODEK INC., we have served New York’s Southern Tier since 2005. Locally owned and operated from Binghamton, we provide plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and septic services throughout Broome, Tioga, Susquehanna, Chenango, Delaware, and Bradford counties. Our service area includes Binghamton, Vestal, Endicott, Johnson City, Owego, and surrounding communities. We work with homeowners as well as businesses and industrial properties that need installation, repair, or maintenance for high-capacity systems.

We are licensed master plumbers, and we have supported our neighbors through routine plumbing needs, emergencies, and major local events, including the floods of 2006 and 2011. Our septic capabilities expanded in September 2013 when we acquired Zabadal Brothers Septic and Excavating, which was established in 1958. In January 2023, Paul Wiles and the Tioga County Sanitary Services team joined us. TCSS was formed in 1950, giving our combined teams more than 150 years of septic experience.

Living and working in the Binghamton area means we understand the demands that cold weather places on heating systems. We service and repair all makes and models of heating equipment, perform annual maintenance, and install new Energy Star equipment. We also help customers replace older, inefficient systems when they want to reduce utility costs and improve performance. As a Mitsubishi Elite Diamond Contractor, we have completed extensive training in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ductless mini-split systems for homes and businesses.

Whatever the job, our goal is to provide prompt, professional service with personalized attention. Our technicians arrive on time, complete repairs and installations properly, explain the work performed, and clean the work area before leaving. We listen carefully to each customer’s needs and work to identify an appropriate solution that keeps essential plumbing, heating, cooling, and septic systems operating at their best.
