We’re a veteran-owned and operated family team based in Lapeer, Michigan. Our family has lived in the Lapeer area for the past 30 years, and excellence has been our hallmark for more than 25 years. Throughout that time, we’ve remained committed to honest, reliable service, quality workmanship, and products that meet our customers’ needs at an affordable price. From pricing to the quality of our work, we believe in treating every customer like family.

Our 10-person team provides residential and commercial installation, maintenance, and repair services throughout Lapeer, Oakland, Genesee, Tuscola, and Macomb counties. We service and install all brands of HVAC equipment and help customers choose options suited to their household needs and budgets. Our capabilities include furnaces, boilers, package units, air conditioning, geothermal installation and repair, refrigeration, water heaters, tankless systems, radon-abatement services, and indoor air-quality solutions. We also provide Generac authorized repair service and install Honeywell whole-home generators. Our broader capabilities include design/build, engineering, construction, start-up, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.

Each member of our team is carefully trained by our owner, who has more than 25 years of owner/operator experience. Our technicians are screened and background checked, uniformed, and equipped with diagnostic tools and an inventory of parts. We emphasize technical knowledge, troubleshooting, and customer care. We don’t hire anyone we wouldn’t trust to work inside our own homes.

Honesty, integrity, teamwork, and accountability are the foundation of how we work. Our goal is to deliver professional heating and cooling service through a dependable client experience while creating an environment where our employees can succeed. Whether a customer needs a new system, routine maintenance, or help diagnosing a problem, we aim to provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service.
