Bell Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning

For more than 70 years, we have helped homeowners and commercial customers throughout the Des Moines metro area stay comfortable with professional heating, cooling, and plumbing services. We believe good service starts with listening carefully, explaining the available options, and recommending solutions that reflect each property’s needs and budget. Our certified technicians approach every job with honesty, respect, technical expertise, and close attention to detail, treating each customer and property with the care we would want for our own.

We provide geothermal heating and cooling installation, replacement, repair, and ongoing maintenance in Des Moines and surrounding areas. Whether you are replacing an existing system or planning a new home, we can explain the factors involved and help you determine whether geothermal is a suitable choice. These modern systems can be up to five times more efficient than traditional HVAC systems and may reduce monthly utility bills by up to 60%. When repairs are needed, we diagnose the issue and identify the appropriate solution. Regular maintenance helps a geothermal system continue operating efficiently and gives us an opportunity to identify developing issues early.

Our broader heating services include helping customers replace aging or unreliable equipment. We guide you through the choices, explain what may work best for your home, and select and size new systems with comfort and efficiency in mind. We have installed thousands of systems across the Des Moines metro area. We also install, repair, and maintain high-efficiency replacement boilers, which can be a practical option for historic homes. As a Carrier® Factory Authorized Dealer serving Greater Des Moines, we offer industry-leading equipment for boiler-heated homes. From the first conversation through installation and continued maintenance, our goal is to provide clear communication, precise service, and dependable help with your comfort needs.
