Bel-Aire Heating & Cooling

We have served the heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs of West Michigan for more than six decades. William Lambright founded Bel-Aire Heating & Cooling in Portage, and his son, David, later became president, continuing our work under second-generation leadership. From our original Portage location, we expanded to service centers in Three Rivers and Grand Rapids so we could assist more residential customers throughout West Michigan.

Our team provides HVAC service, repair, installation, and maintenance, along with indoor air quality solutions. We offer Lennox air conditioning and furnace systems, specialize in prompt repairs and equipment replacements, and support residential and light commercial customers. Our factory-trained service technicians are prompt, courteous, and professional. They arrive with fully stocked trucks, allowing us to complete most repairs while we are at the customer’s home. If a needed part is not on the truck, our stocked parts and equipment warehouses help us obtain it quickly.

Our loyal and experienced team includes people who have worked with us for decades. Our customer service staff can answer questions, schedule appointments, discuss financing, and guide customers through installation and rebate processes. We also operate an onsite sheet metal fabrication facility, where our craftspeople produce high-quality metal ductwork for residential and light commercial projects. Keeping this work in-house helps us maintain quality control, improve project efficiency, and avoid the time and costs associated with outsourced fabrication. From our Three Rivers service center, we remain focused on fair pricing and attentive service for the indoor comfort needs of our West Michigan customers.
