Barker's Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

We’ve served Bryan homeowners and businesses since 1974, and today we provide heating, cooling, and plumbing services throughout College Station and the Brazos Valley. From our shop on State Highway 30 in College Station, our licensed technicians serve our neighbors with practical recommendations based on what each system actually needs. Because our technicians live and work in the Brazos Valley, we understand local property challenges, including undersized duct systems, aging galvanized pipes, and slab foundations affected by clay-heavy soil.

We inspect, diagnose, maintain, repair, replace, and install HVAC and plumbing systems of all types and ages. Our team works on all makes and models of air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and plumbing equipment. Our services include AC repair, leak detection, drain cleaning and repair, sewer line service and camera inspections, slab leak repair, repiping, garbage disposal service, and tank or tankless water heater work. We also evaluate airflow, inspect and modify ductwork, seal and clean air ducts, test indoor air quality, replace filters, and install air purification systems, UV lights, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers.

We also design, install, repair, and maintain geothermal heat pump systems for homeowners across the Brazos Valley. Our geothermal work includes ClimateMaster installation and repair, with each system planned around the property and the homeowner’s comfort needs. Before an installation, we help homeowners understand available incentives, estimated payback timelines, and financing options so they can make an informed decision. Whether we’re troubleshooting an existing system, planning a replacement, or providing a second opinion, our goal is dependable, experienced service that helps keep local homes comfortable, safe, and energy efficient throughout every season.
