B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC.

For more than three decades, we have helped homeowners in Reading, Berks County, and surrounding communities stay comfortable through every season. B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning was founded in 1989 by Brian Ott and is now led by his son, Ryan Ott. From our office at 1215 Luzerne Street in Reading, we continue to grow our services across Berks County and into surrounding areas of Southeast Pennsylvania while maintaining the personal care of a family-owned and operated team.

We provide full-service heating and air conditioning support, including repairs, routine maintenance, system upgrades, and complete replacements. Whether a furnace is struggling during a cold winter or an air conditioner is blowing warm air in the summer, our experienced technicians thoroughly evaluate the system, clearly explain the available options, and help homeowners make informed decisions. We service all major HVAC brands and focus on long-term comfort, safety, and efficiency rather than quick fixes. Our goal is to deliver quality products and careful workmanship while getting the job done right the first time.

Our services also include gas and electric tank water heater installation, as well as whole-home generator installation by our electricians. These solutions help households maintain reliable access to hot water and power when storms or grid problems cause an outage. We put care, quality, and comfort first in every interaction, with professional service, transparent communication, upfront pricing, and dependable results.

HVAC and water heater problems do not always happen during regular business hours, so we offer 24/7 emergency service in Berks, Lancaster, and Chester Counties. Whether a home has lost heat, a water heater is leaking into the basement, or another urgent issue arises, we are available day and night at 610-927-5133. We are proud to serve our community and support local organizations and schools, including our ongoing partnership with the Berks Career and Technology Center.
