At Awful Nice Guys Heating and Air, we want every customer to feel like part of the family. For more than 25 years, we have served homes and businesses throughout Washington County, Omaha, and surrounding areas. From our location in Blair, we bring friendly, professional service and straightforward solutions to every visit. We arrange a convenient time to assess the issue, explain the available options clearly, and help restore the comfort and reliability of your property. Our technicians are fully licensed and insured.

We provide HVAC services designed to keep heating and cooling systems running smoothly throughout the year. Our heat pump work includes installation, repair, and maintenance for both air-source and ground-source systems. We install each system with the size and needs of the home in mind, optimize its performance, and provide ongoing maintenance to support long-term reliability. When an HVAC or plumbing emergency happens, customers can contact us for a quick response and help resolving the problem.

We also design, install, and maintain geothermal heating systems that use renewable energy from the ground. Our team manages the process from the initial excavation through final system testing, helping ensure that each system performs as intended. Whether a homeowner is upgrading an existing system or choosing geothermal heating for the first time, we provide a complete solution focused on energy-efficient, environmentally conscious indoor comfort. If you are unsure whether your location is within our service area, give us a call—we are happy to help.
