Authority Heating & Cooling

We’re a local, family-owned and operated HVAC team based in Orem, Utah. Since 2006, we’ve helped homeowners and businesses restore and maintain comfortable indoor spaces throughout Utah County and beyond. We combine hands-on experience with knowledge of advanced heating and cooling equipment and technologies, providing fast, effective, and reliable service for residential and commercial customers.

Our geothermal work covers the complete process, including system design, installation, commissioning, optimization, maintenance, service, and ongoing support. We keep this work in-house to provide a coordinated experience from start to finish. Because every property is different, we tailor each design to the building, site, comfort goals, and equipment needs. Depending on the property and preferences, that may include vertical or horizontal ground loops, open-loop or pond systems, radiant in-floor heating, or forced-air distribution. Our goal is to install each system to specification and optimize it for efficient, reliable, year-round comfort.

We also help homeowners and businesses choose thermostats suited to how they use their spaces and to the needs of their heating and cooling equipment. For commercial customers, our certified technicians provide routine maintenance, system inspections, and emergency repairs. We tailor these services to each client and work with businesses of all sizes to support efficient HVAC operation, manage operating costs, and maintain a comfortable environment for employees and customers.

Whether you need help with geothermal, commercial HVAC, thermostats, or other heating and cooling needs, we’re ready to put our experience to work. Call us at (801) 893-0500 or reach out online to get started.
