Aspen Aire Inc.

Since 2006, we have provided professional heating and cooling services for homeowners and businesses in Des Moines, Ankeny, and surrounding central Iowa communities. We install and service gas furnaces, geothermal systems, and heat pumps, helping our customers maintain efficient, dependable comfort throughout every season. Our team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for heating and cooling needs.

We specialize in the professional installation and repair of geothermal heat pumps, as well as furnace repair, replacement, maintenance, and installation. Our experienced technicians service heating systems from every brand and perform comprehensive inspections and cleanings. When a furnace is not working properly, we can diagnose and repair problems involving components such as blower motors and cracked heat exchangers. If replacement may be appropriate, we provide a thorough evaluation and a free quote so our customers can make an informed decision. We install highly rated, energy-efficient furnace systems from Rheem, Amana, and Carrier, and we are a Rheem Pro Partner.

Our approach is built around the kind of service we would want in our own homes. We listen carefully, arrive on time, and provide clear advice without gimmicks or pressure. We believe honest recommendations and fair pricing are essential, whether we are completing a repair, performing routine maintenance, or discussing a new system. We also keep our team trained on the latest HVAC technology so we can offer efficient solutions suited to each customer’s needs. From our home in Ankeny, we are proud to help homeowners and businesses across central Iowa keep their heating, cooling, and geothermal systems running smoothly.
