Ashton Britt Service Company

Since 2003, we’ve helped homeowners and businesses in Jefferson City and throughout East Tennessee stay comfortable year-round. With more than two decades of local HVAC experience, we bring practical knowledge, careful workmanship, and a straightforward approach to every project. Whether we’re handling a small residential repair or working on a large commercial or industrial system, we take the time to understand the equipment, identify the root cause of the problem, and explain the available options without pressure.

Our heating and cooling services include air-conditioning repair and installation, heating and furnace work, heat pumps, mini-splits, maintenance plans, indoor air quality solutions, rooftop units, and complete system installations. We also work with commercial repairs and maintenance, refrigeration systems, ventilation systems, dust collection systems, and building automation and controls. Our focus is always on doing the job properly rather than cutting corners or relying on temporary fixes. We approach each system with attention to detail, keeping our customers’ comfort, time, and investment in mind.

We also provide complete geothermal HVAC solutions for residential and commercial properties. We assess each property’s energy needs and installation requirements, then design and install a system suited to the space, comfort needs, efficiency goals, and budget. We can upgrade outdated geothermal equipment, diagnose and repair systems that are not operating properly, and perform routine maintenance to support efficient operation and a longer service life. After installation, we test and optimize the system for efficiency and comfort. Across all of our services, we’re committed to honest recommendations, professional work, and dependable, long-term comfort solutions tailored to each property.
