Art Kathol Appliance Inc

We’re Art Kathol Appliance, a family-owned service provider serving Bow Valley and the surrounding area from our Hartington, Nebraska, location. Art founded our operation in 1945, and today his son Don runs it. We are committed to providing friendly, timely service at fair prices. Although appliances remain part of our name, we no longer sell or service kitchen and laundry appliances as of 2020. We are glad to provide referrals when someone needs help finding a new appliance.

Our work covers heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and a variety of related needs. We provide furnace and air-conditioning repair, seasonal maintenance, replacement, and parts replacement. Our plumbing services include emergency repairs, routine maintenance, fixture installation, and parts replacement. We also handle lighting and wiring repairs, routine electrical maintenance, and internet, phone, and ceiling-fan installation. As independent Trane Comfort Specialists, we offer Trane products along with custom HVAC installation and expert repair for air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and indoor air-quality systems.

We also install and service WaterFurnace geothermal heat pumps. Beyond our core HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, our services include trenching, backhoe work, duct cleaning, Roto-Rooter service, sewer-camera work, and water softeners. We also offer rentals, including a scissor lift and air compressor. Whether you need an urgent furnace, air-conditioning, or plumbing repair, planned maintenance, equipment replacement, or another job within our range of services, our experienced team is ready to help get the work done.
