We are Aquasource Alaska Drilling Co, a Haines-based drilling contractor serving communities across Alaska from Fairbanks south. Since 1983, we have worked with homeowners, businesses, lodges, and remote properties that need water well or geothermal drilling. Our service area includes Fairbanks, Juneau, Tok, Delta Junction, Haines, Ketchikan, Prince of Wales Island, and Wrangell.

Our geothermal work centers on vertical ground-loop wells for ground-source heat pump systems. We assess the property, help plan the drilling location and loop design, drill the vertical boreholes, place and grout the loop piping, and test the completed installation. We also coordinate the ground loop connection with the geothermal heat pump system. Our team has installed more than 600 geothermal loop wells, and we are IGSHPA-certified for geothermal well drilling and ground-loop installation.

We also drill residential and commercial water wells. Before drilling, we evaluate the site and consider groundwater depth, expected yield, and water quality. That work supports homes and businesses as well as remote operations where a dependable private water source is especially important. Our water-well services include new wells and water-source evaluations.
