Since 1976, we at Answer Heating & Cooling have helped residential and commercial customers stay comfortable through hot summer days and cold winter nights. From our home in Freeland, we serve the Great Lakes Bay Region with heating and cooling knowledge built through decades of experience. Our service technicians and installation crews work with a wide variety of customers, and every member of our team shares a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

We take great pride in the quality of our work and focus on earning referrals from satisfied clients. When we arrive, we come in a clearly marked vehicle and wear a full uniform and shoe covers. We also use drop cloths when needed to help protect the home while we work.

Our team is SOS Certified, which means we have passed drug tests, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and technical training. We also have NATE-certified technicians who take their work and careers seriously. In addition, we are ENERGY STAR certified, and we are proud to be Daikin Comfort Pros and York Certified Comfort Experts. These qualifications reflect the standards we bring to servicing and installing HVAC systems.
