Anderson Shortell, Inc.

We have served the greater Olean area for more than 115 years, providing plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration services for residential, commercial, and industrial needs. Based at 616 West State Street in Olean, we offer a single place to turn for a wide range of mechanical and plumbing work. We are licensed, insured, and bonded, and we carry a large selection of parts on our showroom floor.

Our plumbing services include water-heater repair and installation, drain cleaning and repair, plumbing remodeling, fixture repair and replacement, correction of plumbing code violations, leak detection and repair, sewer services, and sump and well pump work. We also provide water treatment, jetting services, and video inspections. Whether the job involves a repair, replacement, inspection, or planned improvement, we bring broad plumbing capabilities to homes and facilities throughout the greater Olean area.

We understand how important dependable heating can be during Western New York winters. Our trained and certified technicians inspect and repair heating systems affected by issues such as dirty filters or worn parts. We also install new heating systems and repair or replace existing heaters and air conditioners. Because we work on various brands and models, we can help identify an option suited to the needs of a particular home. When heating problems arise, we make every effort to send a technician and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
