We design, install, upgrade, repair, and maintain radiant floor and hydronic heating and cooling systems for homes and building projects throughout Northern and Central California. Based in Sonora, we have worked in this field since 1980 and support homeowners, architects, and contractors with both new and existing systems.

For new construction, we coordinate hydronic radiant tubing and temperature-control equipment with the building plan. We work with a range of energy resources and system technologies, including solar thermal, geothermal, heat pumps, boilers, and other heat sources suited to the project. We can transfer heat through applications such as pre-grooved substrates, radiators, towel warmers, concrete, gypcrete, ceilings, and walls.

We also help improve existing systems. Our upgrade work can include replacing outdated thermostats, adding wireless controls, installing high-efficiency smart pumps, replacing older boilers or heat pumps, and adding zones for remodels. We evaluate the existing equipment and recommend practical changes intended to improve comfort, simplify operation, and reduce avoidable downtime.

When a radiant system needs attention, we repair systems whether or not we originally installed them. Common work includes damaged-tubing repair, replacement of components that have reached the end of their service life, and troubleshooting temperature differences. Thermal-imaging technology helps us locate and assess tubing layouts before construction or remodeling work begins, reducing the risk of accidental punctures. We also perform annual preventive maintenance to help identify issues and support reliable operation.
