Allen Kelly & CO Inc.

Since industry veteran Allen Kelly founded our family operation in 1988, we have grown from a two-person team to more than 65 dedicated professionals. We remain family-owned and operated, with a second generation actively involved in our day-to-day operations. From our location at 220A Tryon Road in Raleigh, we serve homeowners and businesses throughout Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, and surrounding Triangle communities.

Our goal is to enhance the comfort, health, and energy efficiency of every home and business we serve through expert HVAC solutions, attentive customer care, and integrity in every interaction. We take a comprehensive, consultative approach to each project, and our technicians receive training in both technical skills and customer service. We believe in doing the job right the first time while using quality parts and equipment and respecting each customer’s home and time.

We provide full-service residential and commercial HVAC solutions, including system installation and replacement, repairs, maintenance, emergency service, ductwork, indoor air quality solutions, air conditioning services, and heating solutions. Our specialized capabilities also include geothermal HVAC and commercial refrigeration. We can help with modern comfort options such as smart thermostats and zoning controls, always focusing on solutions suited to the needs of the property.

Technical excellence, continuous improvement, environmental responsibility, and community involvement remain central to how we work. Our apprenticeship programs and technical school partnerships help prepare the next generation of HVAC professionals. We also support several local charities because we believe that being locally owned means investing in and giving back to the communities that have supported us for more than three decades.
