All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

We’ve been part of Yakima’s heating and cooling history since 1974, with roots reaching back to Buren Sheet Metal in the 1950s. Our former owner, Terry Poe, entered the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trade straight out of high school in 1962, learning under Charley Buren. Terry and his partners later purchased the Carrier® franchise from Buren Sheet Metal and formed All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. After Terry died in 2013, All Seasons passed to key employees Russ Frenzel and Doug Puhrmann, who proudly continue the tradition he established. We remain a proud Carrier partner and have grown to a staff of around 30 people.

We are a design/build HVAC team serving needs ranging from heating and cooling for homes and offices to industrial ventilation. Although we have completed work in several states and Mexico, our local projects are a special source of pride. Throughout the year, we replace aging HVAC equipment in homes and businesses with Carrier high-efficiency products.

Custom design, construction, and installation are at the heart of our work. We perform room-by-room heat-loss and heat-gain calculations using design software from Carrier, Wrightsoft, and Loop CAD, and we create AutoCAD drawings in-house for permitting and customer coordination. For equipment replacements, our custom software helps us identify suitable matches within Carrier’s product line. Our systems are built in-house to SMACNA standards and current code requirements, with smooth galvanized sheet metal, low-static fittings, sealed ductwork, and insulation beyond the conditioned envelope. This approach supports distribution systems designed to operate efficiently, quietly, and effectively.

We believe lasting value comes from doing the work properly rather than cutting corners to compete on price. That commitment depends on craftsmanship in our shop and in the field. Our staff is certified and tested to NATE standards, we maintain the licenses required for the work we perform, and we stay current with applicable codes. We are also proud to hold the Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer designation as we continue serving Yakima with carefully designed, professionally finished HVAC systems.
