Al Fulford Heat & Air Condition, LLC

Since 1974, we have provided heating and cooling service, installation, and maintenance along the North Carolina coast. From our Holden Beach location in Supply, we serve customers across Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, Columbus, and Bladen counties. We are a family-owned HVAC contractor with three locations, and we are grateful to the customers and employees who have helped us grow while remaining part of the communities we serve.

Our NATE-certified service technicians complete ongoing, regimented training so they can better serve our customers. When an HVAC system stops working, we aim to reach the home or office as quickly as possible, evaluate the entire system, and listen carefully to the customer’s experience and comfort needs. We service all makes and models, handling furnace and heat pump repairs, heating system maintenance, and replacement options. An evaluation may include visually inspecting components and checking airflow, temperature, and pressure. When appropriate, we may also clean parts of the system or lubricate moving components. After the evaluation, we explain the available repair or replacement options and work with the customer to develop a plan that fits their comfort goals and financial needs. Financing is available for service and installation work, subject to approved credit.

For installations, we offer American Standard and Mitsubishi Ductless equipment. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we complete the work as cleanly and promptly as possible, and a project manager inspects each installation to confirm it meets our standards. When the installation is finished, we share before-and-after photos and explain how to control the new system. We also offer a Fulford Maintenance plan for customers who want ongoing system maintenance. Whether we are responding to a heating problem, replacing aging equipment, or helping maintain an existing system, our focus is on clear options, careful work, and dependable comfort for the home or office.
