Air Therm LLC

Since 1969, we’ve helped homeowners and commercial clients in Savannah and Chatham County stay comfortable with dependable HVAC repair, maintenance, tune-ups, and new system installations. We bring a disciplined, tactical approach to every visit, shaped by our team’s military background and our belief that “service is our most important product.” Our knowledgeable technicians work efficiently, respect your property, and aim to complete each job with minimal disruption and no cut corners or surprises. Our dedication to service and craftsmanship has earned us industry awards from HVAC brands including Carrier, Honeywell, Tappan, and Trane.

We focus on building lasting relationships rather than simply selling products. Some of our clients have stayed with us for decades because we take the time to find practical, long-term solutions suited to their homes or commercial properties. From air-conditioning maintenance for Savannah’s hot summers and heating service in cooler weather to indoor air purifiers and smart thermostat optimization, we help keep indoor environments comfortable throughout the year. Our services can include full-system diagnostics, filter replacement, coil cleaning, accessible ductwork checks, safety inspections, and recommendations for managing coastal Georgia’s humidity. We also provide custom solutions supported by in-house sheet metal fabrication.

Our Comfort Club program offers precision tune-ups, priority service, and discounts on repairs and installations while helping reduce the likelihood of major HVAC problems. We serve Savannah and communities throughout Chatham County, including Downtown, Midtown, Ardsley Park, Sandfly, and Isle of Hope. Whether we’re maintaining an existing system, diagnosing a problem, or installing new equipment, we bring the same mission-ready mindset: arrive prepared, address the issue, keep the work area clean, and help leave your HVAC system in top shape.
