Air Specialty

Air Specialty has served customers since 1993, when owners Larry Ezell and Jerry Anderson started the business in Semmes, Alabama. From our location at 4440 McCrary Road, we work with residential, commercial, marine, and industrial customers whose heating, cooling, air-quality, and refrigeration needs vary widely.

We provide heating and air-conditioning installation, replacement, repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. Our experience includes furnaces, heat pumps, packaged units, boilers, ducted systems, and ductless mini-splits. We also offer geothermal heat pump services and emergency heating and cooling repairs.

Indoor comfort involves more than temperature alone. Our indoor-air-quality work includes filtration, purification, ventilation, and humidity control, along with duct cleaning. We also provide metal fabrication and air-conditioning and refrigeration system design, allowing us to address a broad range of equipment and project requirements.

Our work spans many types of properties and operating environments. These have included medical clinics, marinas and shipyards, naval vessels, schools and college campuses, financial institutions, plants and refineries, commercial offices, and retail spaces. Serving such varied customers requires careful diagnostics and an understanding of the demands placed on heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in different settings.

We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, and our technicians are NATE-certified. This equipment relationship and technical training support our day-to-day heating, cooling, and refrigeration work.

We serve Semmes, Mobile, Saraland, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Fairhope, Wilmer, Satsuma, and nearby communities throughout Mobile County. Our service area also extends into Mississippi, including Lucedale and George County. Whether we are responding to an urgent heating or cooling problem, maintaining existing equipment, or working with a customer on a new or replacement system, our focus remains on the specific needs of the property and the people who depend on it.
