Air Heat America LLC

We founded Air Heat America in 1993 with a simple goal: to provide reliable, high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC service through honesty and hard work. From our start as a small family operation, we have grown through strong customer relationships and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. Today, we remain locally owned and operated in Peachtree City, bringing neighborly care to every home and commercial space we serve.

Our founder, Porter Tarvin, has decades of hands-on experience as a technician, mentor, and heating and cooling professional. The second generation of our family has also played an important role in strengthening our operations. Together, we have built a licensed, insured, and NATE-certified team focused on clear communication, on-time service, upfront pricing, and practical solutions for comfort, efficiency, and reliability.

We design and install heating and air conditioning systems for homes, commercial spaces, and industrial facilities, with particular experience in installation and replacement. We also repair and maintain all major brands and models, providing seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance along with furnace, heater, heat pump, smart thermostat, and indoor air quality services. Our experience covers a range of comfort technologies, from residential heat pumps to rooftop units for commercial buildings. As a Carrier Factory-Authorized Dealer, we offer access to Carrier products, advanced high-efficiency technologies, manufacturer-level product knowledge, and factory-backed warranties. We also provide same-day assistance, free estimates for new installations, and financing options on qualifying projects. Whatever brings you to us, we will treat your property with the same care we would give our own and work to make the process straightforward from start to finish.
