Air Group

We’ve been helping New Jersey homeowners stay comfortable since we started Air Group in 1965. From our home in Whippany, we bring decades of experience to heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical work.

Our experienced technicians repair, install, and replace furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, water heaters, ductless mini-splits, and zone heating thermostats. We stock a broad selection of quality equipment, including gas furnaces and steam and hot water boilers. We do not install or service oil furnaces, but homeowners interested in changing fuel sources can ask us about oil-to-gas conversion. We also install and repair air-conditioning and ductless systems. For homes with challenging spaces or where adding ductwork is impractical or too costly, a ductless mini-split may offer a flexible heating and cooling option. To provide greater control over indoor temperatures, we offer Carrier and Honeywell thermostats, including touchscreen, smart, Wi-Fi-capable, and multi-zone models.

Comfort involves more than heating and cooling, so our services also include plumbing and electrical work. Our plumbers can help with leaking pipes, clogged sinks, and water filtration or purification system installations. Our electrical crews work on ceiling fans, lighting, electrical panels, EV charging stations, circuit breakers, and upgrades. We provide service across Morris, Bergen, Essex, Union, Passaic, Somerset, Hunterdon, Sussex, and Middlesex counties. For emergency heating needs, our technicians are available 24/7 in Morris, Essex, Union, Bergen, Passaic, Middlesex, Somerset, and Hunterdon counties. You can find us at 1 Prince Road in Whippany or reach us at 973-929-2080.
