Air Design Systems MEP, LLC

We began in Pensacola in July 1977, when Bill and Jean Brown founded Air Design Systems around a simple principle: “Do What’s Right.” Their belief that taking care of customers would build lasting relationships remains at the heart of how we work. Today, we have more than 140 skilled professionals serving commercial, industrial, and residential customers throughout Pensacola, the Florida Panhandle, and the Gulf Coast region, including Mobile and Montgomery. Our multi-state licensing reflects the professional standards we strive to uphold wherever we work.

Our team provides heating, air conditioning, plumbing, ductwork, custom sheet metal fabrication, drain cleaning, backflow testing, repairs, installations, and maintenance. Factory-trained technicians, licensed HVAC professionals, qualified plumbers, NADCA-certified duct specialists, and experienced project managers work together to develop practical solutions for each customer’s operational needs. We approach challenges thoughtfully, looking beyond the most obvious answer to find options that can save time and money while delivering dependable performance. Our capabilities allow us to handle projects ranging from residential service needs to complex mechanical and plumbing work in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.

Safety is integrated into every phase of our planning, communication, and production. Our OSHA-authorized Safety Managers support comprehensive programs that include on-site audits, peer observation reporting, and continued team collaboration. We also remain invested in the communities that have supported us, from donating new HVAC systems to local veterans to participating in Pensacola-area charitable initiatives. Through honest service, fair dealing, technical expertise, and genuine care, we continue the customer-first legacy Bill and Jean established more than four decades ago.
