Air-Con of Wakulla LLC

We are a small, locally owned heating and air conditioning team based in Crawfordville, Florida. Gary Limbaugh has owned Air Con of Wakulla since 1988, building lasting customer relationships through honest, dependable service. We are small enough to provide individual attention while having the experience and resources to meet the heating and cooling needs of homes and businesses throughout the year. We serve Wakulla and Franklin Counties, including Crawfordville, Panacea, St. Marks, Apalachicola, Eastpoint, St. George Island, Carrabelle, and Alligator Point, as well as Woodville and Tallahassee in South Leon County.

We repair and maintain all brands and models of heating and cooling equipment and install quality manufactured systems. Our capabilities include air conditioners, heat pumps, geothermal systems, ductless and split systems, package units, and PTAC units. We also handle ductwork and sheet metal fabrication for comfort problems, remodeling projects, and additions. When indoor humidity, dust, or allergies are a concern, we can recommend ways to improve indoor air quality. Our services also include preseason maintenance, warranty work on equipment installed by other contractors, extended warranties, and service agreements.

Continuous training helps us stay current with energy-efficient products and evolving HVAC technology. Every service technician on our team holds North American Technician Excellence certification, reflecting the effort we put into providing knowledgeable, high-quality workmanship. We are licensed and insured, and we can provide documentation upon request. Emergency, evening, and weekend appointments are available, with service requests accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week at (850) 926-5592. For customers considering replacement of an older, costly system, we offer free estimates, and the price we quote is the price we guarantee. Above all, we take pride in serving our North Florida communities with local care, certified expertise, and dependable attention to every customer’s comfort.
