Affordable Heating & AC LLC

We’re a local, family-owned plumbing and HVAC team based at 171 Mattakeesett Street in Pembroke, Massachusetts. Since 1998, we’ve served homeowners throughout Plymouth County, the South Shore, and the greater Boston area, including Pembroke, Plymouth, Duxbury, Norwell, Hanson, Kingston, Hanover, Quincy, Abington, Brockton, Braintree, Hingham, and Randolph. Our owner, Robert Norton, is a master plumber with more than 30 years of experience in furnace, boiler, and air-conditioning repair. Robert personally oversees every service call, helping us provide the attentive workmanship and professional service our friends and neighbors deserve. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

We provide heating, cooling, and plumbing services designed to keep homes comfortable throughout the year. Our work includes furnace, boiler, and air-conditioning repair and installation; gas-line repair and gas plumbing; hot-water heaters; home heating systems; and air-source and ground-source heat-pump installation. We have experience working with heating and cooling equipment from all major brands and specialize in newer gas and oil furnaces from Trane. We also offer maintenance plans for Trane air conditioners and furnaces.

We believe customers should understand the cost of a service visit before work begins. Our standard $250 flat-rate fee includes dispatch, diagnosis, and the first hour of labor. Saturday service is $275, and Sunday service is $325. We also offer free estimates, warranties, and emergency services. Whether we’re diagnosing an air conditioner, repairing a boiler, installing a furnace, or addressing a gas-line issue, we bring decades of hands-on trade experience to the job and work carefully to provide quality workmanship at reasonable rates.
