Since 1996, we have provided residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC services throughout New England, with our office at 51 Crescent Street in Stow, Massachusetts. Our experienced team is factory-trained, licensed and insured, and members of our staff hold IGSHPA certification. We take pride in educating and licensing our people. We specialize in plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical services for new installations, retrofits, upgrades and replacement systems. Our services include consultations, control-system configurations and troubleshooting for residential and commercial systems. Our licensed plumbers work with water and natural gas systems, bathroom renovations, plumbing repairs and replacements, and water-heater installation and repair. For heating, we install and repair hot-water systems, boilers, furnaces, radiant heat, panel radiators, snowmelt systems and towel warmers, and we have experience working with every fuel type. Our cooling professionals install properly sized systems and repair any brand of air conditioner. Our licensed electricians provide interior and exterior electrical work, including lighting and outlet upgrades, electrical-panel improvements, EV charger installation and repair, and other specialized projects.

We offer free estimates for new HVAC installations or replacements and large-scale plumbing projects. We also offer a Maintenance Agreement Plan designed to help keep heating and cooling systems operating at peak performance. Members prepay for the following year’s maintenance during their regular service visit and are enrolled in our Preferred Pricing Program, which includes a three-year price guarantee on cleaning fees, 15% off repairs, discounted service-call rates, annual maintenance reminders and priority after-hours emergency service. After-hours service for maintenance agreement holders is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Whether we are helping keep a property warm through a New England winter, comfortable during a hot and humid summer, or supporting its plumbing and electrical needs, our goal is customer satisfaction.
